Job-Consulting Ltd. performs search and selection of Business Staffing of all the specialties and directions (recruiting, executive search and headhunting).

Term of selection process depends on the complexity of the vacancy.

The company's fee constitutes 10-30% of the annual gross salary of the employee selected.
100% payment shall be made once an employee has received a job offer from the Client or on a step-by-step basis depending on the type of an order.

• Top-Management                                                 24% - 30% of annual gross;
• Middle-Management                                             18% - 23% of annual gross;
• Specialists and Operating personnel                    10% - 17% of annual gross.

Replacement Guarantee for an employee selected may be provided at the Client's own choice (contracts with and without replacement guarantee); the company's fee directly depends on the chosen type of the contract which allows Client to determine the cost for the services rendered by himself (we practice lower % for a contract without replacement guarantee).
Guarantee of a one-time free replacement of the employee selected during three-month period is provided for Middle Management and Specialists, and during six-month period such guarantee is valid for Top-Management.
