Зона ответственности – рестораны. Штат – 1000 чел.

Основные требования:
В этой роли успешным будет кандидат, который любит ресторанное дело, имеет значительный опыт работы в ресторанном бизнесе / ритейле (с собственной фуд-зоной) / F&B в сетевых отелях, широкий кругозор, постоянно следит за современными тенденциями развития ресторанов, любит путешествовать и внедрять новшества в жизнедеятельность ресторанов.
- Высшее образование

Основные задачи:

Основные требования:
• Умение вкусно готовить блюда итальянской кухни, с акцентом на мясе и рыбе. Умение красиво презентовать.
• Знание кухни региона Тоскана будет дополнительным преимуществом
• Опыт работы шеф-поваром от 2-х лет в ресторане итальянской кухни / су-шефом от 3-х лет (в Италии будет дополнительным плюсом)
• Опыт работы по системе НАССР
• Умение работать с аргентинским грилем. В ресторане мясные и рыбные блюда готовят на открытом огне

• 5 years of commercial and marketing management; thorough understanding of the Pharma industry including Ukraine pharma market, regulatory environment and competition, strong commercial experience both in marketing and sales with strategic thinking capabilities and business acumen
• Strategic framework, developed though managing different brands or products in different disease areas
• Experience in launching key products in different disease areas
• Strong leadership skills, communication and negotiation skills

Main responsibilities:
• Manage key commercial and strategic functions (Sales training, Sales planning, Marketing excellence & Digital strategy, Business analysis, Market access, etc.)
